About GreenDriver
GreenDriver is committed to helping commercial and government fleets reduce their CO2 emissions and fuel costs by focusing on the greatest variable in a vehicle's fuel efficiency - the driver.
The EPA states that driver behavior is responsible for as much as 33% of a vehicle's fuel economy. Our innovative online training and certification program is designed to teach drivers how to operate their vehicles most efficiently. Because of the direct and substantial correlation between the amount of carbon dioxide released and driver behavior, GreenDriver can help you accomplish real and significant economic and environmental results.
Training and Certification
Our visually appealing online course – based on EPA best practices and fact-based studies – will keep your drivers engaged as they learn ways to reduce their CO2 emissions and manage their fuel cost.
Through the effective use of audio, video, animation, and interaction, drivers will learn how vehicle maintenance, trip preplanning, and small changes in behavior can directly impact their fuel consumption and CO2 output.
The course is organized into easily digestible sections. Drivers can either complete the entire course and exam in one sitting in less than 90 minutes, or come and go as they please. Progress is being tracked so when a driver returns to the course, they pick up right where they left off.
